The classes of Dumas High School!!!
In the remodeling of the high school in the summer of 2010, the picture frames of all the classes from 1930 until the present were removed. It was decided to create a web site from the pictures and make it accessible to everyone. There is a computer console in the lounge area of the entry so that visitors can access the class pictures. The picture frames have been turned over to the Window on the Plains Museum in Dumas.
We continue to look for pictures for the classes of 1919-1925 and 1927. If you have a keepsake picture of one of those classes please let us know, and we would be happy to work with you to get a copy that can be posted on the web site.

If you discover a misspelling or wrong name under a picture please let us know by emailing ClassesOfDHS@dumasisd.org.
In the 1930s and 1940s, some of pictures have blue stars by them and on others a gold star. The blue stars meant the person was in the armed forces and the gold stars are for those lost in war. These stars were placed many years ago, but no record of service has been maintained since that time. Many graduates of Dumas High School have proudly served their country over the years and some have given the ultimate sacrifice even up until today. In recent graduation ceremonies at Dumas, those entering military service have been recognized.
